Project Overview:
The Challenge:
Managing a large, complex, and decentralized workforce is no small task.
Our team worked to understand how might we transform a large, complex workforce by creating a new smart workforce solution focused on human-centric design backed up by data-driven decisions supported by quantum computing.
My Role:
I played a large role in communicating and organizing amongst the cross-functional teams. As Project Coordinator, it was essential that I strived to be flexible and a clear communicator when it came to delivering information. It was also crucial for me to deliver information clearly during all of our check points as I was a main storyteller during our presentations.
I played a key role in developing wireframes being more focused on the mobile application, I developed lo-fidelity wireframes beginning with paper sketching and developing through into high-fidelity wireframes created using Figma.
The Outcome:
At the culmination of this ten-week project, we delivered a working prototype showcasing elements of the User Interface (UI) alongside a coded demo, created in collaboration with Deloitte’s analytical team based in India.
Our solution, backed by the power of quantum computing, revealed how the scheduling period could be reduced from its current bi-annual structure to a more flexible bi-weekly framework, restoring peace and flexibility within the lives of those involved.
